Along with our lead facilitator Peter Blum, we are honored to guide you on this extraordinary journey.This Agreement for Services (“Agreement”) outlines the mutual commitments between Us (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”) and You (“You” or “Your”) as a participant. It also serves to ensure clarity and understanding, fostering a shared intention to create a safe, enriching experience.Please note: The venue terms and policies will be included with this letter and the retreat terms. By signing this agreement, you are also agreeing to the venue terms, which will be provided for your review.
What to Expect
Your retreat fee includes:
7-day, 7-night stay (arrive March 21, depart March 28) at a private jungle retreat center.Comfortable accommodations designed to support rest and reflection.Daily vegan meals with plant protein, crafted to nourish your body and mind.A full schedule of guided activities, including:Sound healing and hypnotherapy experiences and training.Group discussions and personal reflection opportunities.Planned off-venue excursions to explore the surrounding area.
Accessibility Note: The retreat venue is not wheelchair accessible, and accommodations for individuals with significant physical or cognitive disabilities are not available. If you have questions about whether this retreat is a good fit for your needs, please contact us before registering.
Important Responsibilities
Travel Arrangements: Attendees are responsible for booking air travel to and from Tulum International Airport.Ground Transportation: Transportation will be provided on a set schedule between the retreat venue and Tulum International Airport. Variations from this schedule or arrivals/departures at alternative airports are the responsibility of the attendee, including associated costs.Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend securing travel insurance, including “Cancel Anytime” coverage, to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances.
Mutual Understanding
While we strive to create a seamless retreat experience, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes:
Cancellation by Us: If the retreat is canceled prior to the start date (e.g., due to Peter Blum being unable to attend), refunds will be issued in a timely manner, within 60 days or less, depending on financial institutions.Facilitator Substitutions: If a facilitator is unable to participate after the retreat has begun, substitute facilitators (e.g., Melanie McCool, Shawn Bray, Adam Taylor, or others) will step in to ensure continuity of the experience.
Participation in retreat activities is optional. While we take care to ensure safety, you assume full responsibility for your participation in all activities and excursions.
Liability Waiver
By signing this agreement, you agree to release and hold harmless the retreat organizers, facilitators (including but not limited to Peter Blum, Melanie McCool, Shawn Bray, and Adam Taylor), and any associated staff from any liability or claims arising from injury, loss, or damages of any kind, whether during the retreat or related activities. This includes, but is not limited to:
Accidents or injuries sustained during activities or excursions.Loss of personal belongings.Any unforeseen events, including weather, natural disasters, or travel delays.
By participating, you acknowledge that all activities are undertaken at your own risk.

1. Retreat Overview
This 7-day, 7-night retreat blends sound healing, hypnotherapy experiences, and jungle excursions to create a transformative experience. Guests arrive on March 21 and depart on March 28, 2025.
2. Registration and Payment
Registration Process: Registrations are accepted online via our website.Payment Terms: Full payment is required to reserve your spot.
3. Eligibility and Participation
Minimum Age: Participants must be 21 years of age or older.Preferred Attendees: Hypnotists or hypnotists-in-training are encouraged to attend. Prior experience in hypnotherapy is preferred.Accessibility: The venue is not wheelchair accessible, and accommodations for individuals with significant physical or cognitive disabilities are not available.
4. Meals, Lodging, and Activities
Accommodations: Lodging at a private retreat center is included, offering shared spaces designed for relaxation.Meals: Daily vegetarian meals will be provided, accommodating most dietary needs with advance notice.Activities:Sound healing and hypnotherapy experiences and training.Group discussions and opportunities for personal reflection.Off-venue excursions to explore the local area.
5. Travel and Transportation

6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by Us: If the retreat is canceled prior to the start date, refunds will be issued within 60 days or less, depending on financial institutions.Cancellation by You: All payments are considered non-refundable. However, refund requests made prior to the event will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the organizers.
7. Venue Terms
Agreement to the venue’s specific terms and policies is required for participation in the retreat. These terms will be provided for your review and acceptance.
8. Liability and Insurance
Insurance: Attendees are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance, including “Cancel Anytime” coverage.Liability Waiver: Attendees agree to release and hold harmless the retreat organizers, facilitators, and staff from any claims or liability arising from injury, loss, or damages incurred during the retreat or related activities.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Pasco County, FL, USA.Disputes: Disputes will first be addressed through mediation, with costs split equally.
